Our 20-Day Return Policy

You may request a return, refund, or replacement within 20 days of receiving your item if:

Your item arrives damaged or defective
You receive the wrong item or something is missing
Your item has not arrived within the delivery timeframe (14 days UK/International)

Non-Returnable Situations

We cannot offer refunds or returns if:
The product was delivered as ordered, but you changed your mind
The wrong shipping address was provided
The product has been used, worn, or damaged after delivery
The tracking shows the item as delivered and no proof of non-receipt is provided

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at savicosupply@gmail.com with:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photo(s) or video(s) of the item, if applicable
If a return is approved, we will provide further instructions. Please note that returned items may need to be sent to our supplier’s warehouse overseas. In some cases, a refund or replacement may be issued without a return.
